GROOTVADERSBOSCH - Especially suited to avid birders/walkers
Grootvadersbosch was name after Roelof Oelofse, the “grootvader” (Grandfather) who was assigned this majestic slice of heaven in 1723. This is a perfect spot to visit on the hotter days of summer, as the day walks in the forest are well covered by over 35 species of forest trees.

TWO FEATHERS HORSE TRAILS
Two Feathers Horse Trails offers scenic rides through forests, across rivers and along the foothills of the Langeberg Mountain Range. All levels of riders are welcome. The Horse Rides are offered twice daily or full day rides with riverside forest picnics are available.
