BONTEBOK NATIONAL PARK
The Bontebok National Park is located near Swellendam, and is something not to be missed.
The Park is full of animals, birds and flowers, and has amazing views and a very interesting history. It makes an especially good choice for those who perhaps have only half a day to spare - but nobody should really visit Swellendam without visiting the Park.
Great improvements have been made to the Park in recent years, so don’t listen to anyone who says you won’t see much, or the roads are bad etc... Our local knowledge guarantees you will enjoy all the highlights and secret places you may never find if you go-it-alone. Our tour includes a game drive in our luxury air-conditioned minibus, where you are sure to see Bontebok, Cape Mountain Zebra, Red Hartebeest, Grey Rhebok and some of the multitude of birds, reptiles and smaller mammals, many of which are endemic to the region.
We also include a unique bush walk with an expert guide who can reveal all the history and cultural heritage of the Park, as well as showing you countless birds, trees, flowers and awesome views that will amaze and delight.

Half Day Tour : R195 and is available every day.
The Bontebok National Park Tour can be combined with any other half-day tour, such as a Robertson Wine Tour, Cape Agulhas, Klein Karoo, Horse Riding or Quad Biking to make a fantastic full day tour. All full day tours need to be booked in advance, and some are subject to minimum numbers - please enquire.
Full Day Tour options include mountain-bike hire, expert bird guiding, picnics or barbecues, canoeing, swimming, fishing and more. These activities require some forward planning, so it is important to book in advance and detail your requirements. Costs will be advised on enquiry.
